With the implementation of the MAP-Works survey we greatly improved our
efforts in getting prompt feedback from our freshman class on their perspective on college.
The reports from the MAP-Works survey gave us the
additional information we needed to identify the students ‘at risk’ and help us to improve our intervention strategies.
