| The highest ranking instution received a response rate of 96%. The 2007 cohort averaged a response rate of 64%.

| On average, the transition survey takes about 15 minutes to complete.

| MAP-Works allows you to create Direct Connect™ relationships between faculty/staff (i.e. Advisors) and students.

| Yes. MAP-Works allows for an unlimited number of groups to be connected to students.

| Where is the personal information for students stored and is it safe? |
| All the personal data for students is stored on EBI's secured servers.

| Is there any follow-up survey to the transition survey? |
| Yes. MAP-Works gives you the option to send a follow-up survey later in the term
in order to get a indication for how students are adjusting. Reports showing differences in their responses are
also offered so that you may more quickly identify at-risk students.
